This 22 cm workhorse has a MagnaCut blade with a hardness of 63 hrc. The blade is ground in the german "Walkschliff" and has a pronounced taper. The convexity decreases towards the tip. The blade has a finely ground tip and a strong wedge effect at the choil.
The knife is suitable for all cutting techniques.
