22 cm Workhorse/Laser "ApexUltra"

This 22 cm workhorse has a three-layer blade with an ApexUltra edge and 1.2767 side layers. The handle is made of ebony with spacers made of blue-stabilized maple and reindeer antler, and a decorative rivet made of bronze. 

The knife has a large and tall blade. The geometry corresponds to a workhorse with a very strong taper. The front two-thirds of the blade correspond to a purebred laser. Towards the coil, the blade thickness and convexity increase rapidly, creating a strong wedge effect. Due to the thin tip, the knife must be handled with caution. 

The knife is suitable for all cutting techniques. 

Of course, the blank was forged with optimal temperature control and forming and then subjected to extensive heat treatment (including deep freezing after hardening). This guarantees an optimally adjusted microstructure and finely distributed carbides.
