This knife is a performant user-friendly with a consistent taper and a medium-fine tip.
The cutting edge is made of 14C28N stainless steel with a hardness of 62 HRC, while the side layers are made of 1.4034 stainless steel. The intermediate layer consists of three layers of pure nickel and two layers of V2A stainless steel.
This knife is suitable for all cutting techniques.
The Japanese handle is made of desert ironwood with a reindeer antler spacer and black fiber.
Of course, the blank was forged with optimal temperature control and forming, and then subjected to extensive heat treatment (including deep freezing after hardening). This guarantees an optimally adjusted microstructure and finely distributed carbides.
