The blade of this knife is made of twisted mosaic Damascus steel made of 1.2419.05, 1.2510, and 1.2767 ESU steels with a hardness of 65 HRC. The Damascus steel was forged under oxygen-free conditions, ensuring no inclusions or cavities between the layers.
In addition, the blank was forged with optimal temperature control and forming, and then subjected to extensive heat treatment (including cryogenic treatment after hardening). This guarantees an optimally adjusted microstructure and finely distributed carbides.
The geometry resembles a laser with slightly more power reserves. Overall, the knife is a very good performer without being overly sensitive.
The knife is suitable for all cutting techniques.
The handle is made of desert ironwood with a puddled iron end cap and a nickel silver pin.
